Registration Fee: $25 ($20 for Young Alumnae Classes 2004-2019)

FAQs

What if I can't do everything in the class? I'm new to SoulCycle or haven't worked out in a while.

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider's abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

Can I ride if I am pregnant?

We have had many pregnant women who are able to ride right up until their due date, but we recommend you check with your doctor before riding at SoulCycle.

What do I need to wear?

We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we'll have a list of ticket purchasers at the door.

What is the refund policy?
